The paper is the second part of the homonym article published in the previous issue of JIB.
The subject of this paper is the bibliographical and bibliological description of the anatomical flap books preserved by the Tancredi di Barolo Foundation in Turin.
The objective is to propose a descriptive model capable of linguistically and semantically representing the functional components of this specific bibliographic typology, namely the structural arrangement of the image, the mechanical device, and the hermeneutic approach offered to the reader.
